公路隧道命名的现状分析和改进意见

Present Situation Analysis and Improvement Suggestions on Nomenclature of Highway Tunnel

随着近年来公路隧道建设数量的激增,隧道命名科学、规范应该是实现隧道工程建设标准化的工作之一。合适的公路隧道名称不仅可以发挥其定位、识别的作用,也可以体现其文化内涵,彰显其工程价值。基于对公路隧道名称的调研和梳理,结合大量典型公路隧道命名案例,发现现阶段公路隧道命名没有行业统一规范,显得随意、甚至于重复、低俗等问题,因此提出公路隧道命名的基本要求和“5步3层次”的命名流程及方法建议,建议命名通过要素收集、初案确定、民情征求、专家论证、定名及更正5个步骤进行确定,层次根据隧道规模和需求进行确定。

With the surge in the number of tunnel construction in recent years,normative and scientific nomenclature method is one of the work to realize standardization of tunnel engineering construction.Appropriate highway tunnel names cannot only play the role of positioning and identification,but also reflect cultural connotations and demonstrate engineering value.Based on the investigation and sorting of highway tunnel names and a large number of typical highway tunnel nomenclature cases,shortcomings of the current highway tunnel nomenclature methods are analyzed,the basic requirements of highway tunnel nomenclature and nomenclature method are proposed.The nomenclature of the highway tunnel should consist of five main processes,including data collection,initial nomenclature scheme determined,solicitation of public conditions,expert argumentation,confirm,and renamed phase.Levels are determined by tunnel size and requirements.
