摘要
为落实与践行国家“双碳”战略目标,对西安轨道交通绿色低碳发展面临的问题和网络化运营能耗现状进行全面梳理与分析归纳。针对城市轨道交通规划设计、工程建设和运营管理过程中的主要环节,从规划设计与运营管理、运营车辆低碳应用、车站系统低碳减排、场段大宗用地资源共享和设备节能减排等方面系统性地提出西安城市轨道交通相应节能降耗和低碳减排措施,阐明绿色低碳技术在城市轨道交通领域的广阔应用前景。结合当前城市轨道交通现状与未来发展方向,立足顶层规划设计,借鉴行业成熟经验和自身试点应用成果,探索适合西安轨道交通绿色低碳的道路,以期为推动绿色低碳技术的推广应用与绿色转型起到积极作用,指导与构建智能化、绿色化和可持续发展的城市轨道交通。
To implement the national "Carbon Peak and Neutral" strategic goal,the problems and the status of network operation energy consumption in the green and low-carbon development of Xi′ an rail transit are summarized,the application measures of low-carbon technology are forwarded and analyzed.In view of the main links in the process of urban rail transit planning and design,engineering construction,and operation management,the corresponding energy saving and low-carbon emission reduction measures are systematically proposed from the aspects of planning design and operation management,low-carbon application of operating vehicles,low-carbon emission reduction of station system,resource sharing of large-scale land and energy-saving and emission reduction of equipment.As well,the application prospect of green and low-carbon technologies applied in the field of urban rail transit is presented.Based on the current situation and future development of urban rail transit,the top-level planning and design,the mature experience of the industry,and the application results,a green and low-carbon method is explored for Xi′an urban rail transit,which can promote the application of green low-carbon technology and green transformation,and guide and construct an intelligent,green,and sustainable urban rail transit.
