摘要 为明确装配式车站结构断面选型的主要影响因素以及各因素关键点,结合深圳地铁16号线装配式车站的研究及应用情况,对深圳地铁装配式车站结构断面选型进行分析,得出以下结论:1)装配式车站结构断面应以满足建筑功能需求为基础,确定选用无柱拱顶的结构断面型式;2)考虑结构受力、施工工艺的影响,底板结构选1块的方案具有一定的优势;同时,考虑结构矢高、受力、吊装、造价的因素,顶板结构可采用1块的结构方案;3)分析大分块构件在吊装阶段的变形、受力以及在运输过程中的重点问题和解决措施,论证了大分块构件方案具有较好的可实施性。 To explore the major considering factors and the key points of each factor when selecting cross-section structure for prefabricated metro station,the prefabricated station of metro line 16 in Shenzhen is studied and its experience is summarized.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The cross-section of prefabricated metro station must meeting the needs of various architecture functions,thus it is better to choose the cross-section with columnless vault.(2) Considering the influence of structure and construction process,a whole baseplate is superior to three divided blocks;considering the factors of structural vector height,stress,hoisting process,and construction cost,one-whole-plate structure is more suitable for roof structure.(3) The deformation and stress of large block components during hoisting process and the key problems and corresponding solutions in transportation are analyzed,which proves the feasibility of large block components scheme.
