土压平衡盾构长距离硬岩掘进螺旋输送机问题分析与对策研究

摘要 为解决某盾构在长距离掘进、石英含量较高、硬岩地层时出现螺旋机卡机导致的滞排渣等问题,分析引起螺旋机故障的原因,提出螺旋机滞排后处理措施,制定并实施了修复方案,取得了良好的修复效果。针对盾构长距离掘进硬岩工况,提出液压系统优化改进方案、螺旋机卡机后操作工艺,并通过试验得出合适的掘进工艺参数以及膨润土配比方案。基于盾构长距离掘进硬岩工况的设备结构优化方法、设备操作方法、施工工艺方法,解决了现场螺旋机卡机问题,保障了现场设备的高效运行。 When an earth pressure balance shield tunneling in a long-distance section with high quartz content,the screw conveyor jammed and hysteretic mucking occurred.Hence,the causes for screw conveyor malfunction are analyzed,countermeasures are proposed for hysteretic mucking,and corresponding repairing methods are determined,resulting in a good effect.Furthermore,according to the hard rock conditions,an optimized scheme for hydraulic system and treatments for screw conveyor jamming are proposed,and the suitable driving technological parameters and rational bentonite ratio are obtained through test.The countermeasures recommended successfully release the screw conveyor and guarantee the high-efficient operation of the equipment onsite.
