摘要
为合理选择TBM施工过程中不同围岩状况下的刀盘转速,在破岩关键参数(贯入度、推力、转矩)的基础上引入现场贯入指标(FPI)和转矩贯入指标(TPI),分析其与刀盘转速的关系,并通过工程数据统计结合定量分析方法,建立基于FPI和TPI指标的刀盘转速预测模型。在引绰济辽TBM工程应用结果表明,该预测模型在典型破碎围岩过程的刀盘转速预测最大误差为0.36 r/min,对连续循环段的刀盘转速平均绝对误差为0.55 r/min。基于本方法建立的预测模型,可有效提高待掘进段不同围岩条件下刀盘转速选择的合理性。
To reasonably arrange the rotation speed of tunnel boring machine(TBM)cutterhead during construction in different surrounding rock conditions,a prediction model for rotation speed of cutterhead is established based on essential rock breaking parameters such as penetration degree,thrust,and torque while introducing field penetration index(FPI)and torque penetration index(TPI).Then,the relationships between these two indices and cutterhead rotation speed are analyzed.Finally,the statistical features and quantitative analysis of engineering data are employed.The model was applied in the Chaohe river water-diversion TBM project,and the results show that the maximum error of cutterhead rotation speed in the typical fault zone cyclic sections is 0.36 r/min,and the mean absolute error of cutterhead rotation speed in the continuous cyclic sections is 0.55 r/min.The prediction model established can provide reference for reasonable arrangement of cutterhead rotation speed under different surrounding rock conditions.
