109例盐酸莫西沙星注射液不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 109 cases of adverse reactions of moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection

目的总结盐酸莫西沙星注射液不良反应的规律和影响因素,为莫西沙星的合理应用提供参考。方法从国家药品不良反应监测系统收集2016~2021年南通市盐酸莫西沙星注射液不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果全部109例ADR中,一般类型104例,严重类型5例;男女比例为1∶1.48;原患疾病中以肺炎为最多;既往有药物ADR共9例;ADR涉及皮肤及其附件和消化系统为多见;ADR发生时间大多在1 d之内;单独用药91例(83.49%),联合用药共18例(16.51%);转归情况好转81例(74.31%)。结论莫西沙星不良反应以轻症居多,临床使用时应注意年龄、性别、既往史因素,必须联合用药时注意有无配伍禁忌。

Objective To summarize the law and influencing factors of adverse reactions of moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection,so as to provide reference for the rational application of moxifloxacin hydrochloride.Methods The adverse reaction reports of moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection in Nantong from 2016 to 2021 were collected from the national adverse drug reaction monitoring system for statistical analysis.Results In all 109 cases of ADR,104 cases were of general type and 5 cases were of severe type;The ratio of male to female is 1∶1.48;Pneumonia was the most common primary disease;There were 9 cases of ADR;ADR involves the skin,its accessories and digestive system;ADR occurred mostly within 1 d;91 cases(83.49%)were treated alone and 18 cases(16.51%)were treated in combination;The prognosis was improved in 81 cases(74.31%).Conclusion Most of the adverse reactions of moxifloxacin are mild.In clinical use,we should pay attention to the factors of age,gender and past history,and pay attention to whether there is incompatibility when combined medication is necessary.
