临床试验药物在静脉配置中心配置情况统计与分析

Statistics and analysis of the configure situation of clinical trial drugs in the vein configuration center

目的通过统计需在静脉配置中心进行药物配置的临床试验项目数,分析临床试验药物在静脉配置中心的配置现状,从而为进一步完善、规范药物配置和药物管理提供参考。方法统计2017年1月~2022年7月在静脉配置中心进行药物配置的临床试验项目达222个,对2017年1月~2022年7月临床试验项目每年在静脉配置中心配置情况、临床试验项目的类别,同时对各科室的临床试验项目在静脉配置中心配置情况进行统计分析。结果2017年1月~2022年7月间临床试验药物在静脉配置中心的配置正逐年递增。而在临床试验项目类别有个人发起的试验项目(34例),但数量上少于医院层次的试验项目(188例),而发起临床试验项目科室最多的为内科(139例)。结论临床试验在医疗机构的开展正逐年增加,静脉配置中心在临床试验项目的药物配置中发挥越来越重要的作用,建议提高临床试验药物配置的认识,制定科学化的管理,加强规范化的配置,培养严谨的态度,为临床试验的开展,提供强有力的后盾。

Objective By counting the number of clinical trial items that need to be configured in the vein configuration center,and to analyse the current situation of clinical trial drugs in the vein configuration center,so as to further improve and standardize drug configuration and drug management.Methods According to statistics,there were 222 clinical trial projects of drug in the vein configuration center from January 2017 to July 2022,the situation of configure in the vein configuration center every year of clinical trial projects from January 2017 to July 2022,the category of clinical trial projects,and the statistical analysis of the configuration of clinical trial projects in each department in the intravenous configuration center were statistically analyzed.Results The configure in the vein configuration center of clinical trial drugs is increasing year by year from January 2017 to July 2022.In the clinical trial project category,there are some trial projects of individual initiation(34 cases),but the number is less than that hospital-level trial projects(188 cases),and the department that initiated the most clinical trial projects was internal medicine(139 cases).Conclusion The develop of clinical trials is increasing year by year in medical institutions.The vein configuration center play an increasingly important role in the drug allocation of clinical trial projects.It is recommended to improve the understanding of clinical trial drug allocation,formulate scientific management,and strengthen standardized configure,cultivate a rigorous attitude and provide a strong backing for the development of clinical trials.
