类风湿性关节炎相关间质性肺疾病的CT定量评估研究综述

A review of CT quantitative assessment of rheumatoid arthritis-related interstitial lung disease

类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是常见的系统性自身免疫病,其发病率有逐年升高的趋势。关节外表现以间质性肺疾病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)尤为突出,与显著的高死亡率相关。高分辨率CT作为诊断的常用手段,在病情评估和预后判断中发挥了很大作用。近年来,随着影像学技术及计算机图像处理技术的进一步发展,CT定量分析成为研究重点,通过精准的定量参数分析病情,为间质性肺疾病的多方面评估带来新的前景。本文就近几年CT在类风湿性关节炎相关间质性肺疾病(RA-ILD)定量评估中的应用进行综述。

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common systemic autoimmune disease,and its incidence tends to increase year by year.Extraarticular manifestations were particularly prominent in interstitial lung disease(ILD),which was associated with significantly higher mortality.As a common diagnostic means,high resolution CT plays an important role in disease assessment and prognosis judgment.In recent years,with the further development of imaging technology and computer image processing technology,quantitative CT analysis has become the focus of research.Through accurate quantitative parameter analysis of the disease,it brings new prospects for the multifaceted evaluation of interstitial lung disease.This paper reviews the application of CT in the quantitative evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD)in recent years.
