葛根芩连汤结合瑞格列奈片用于2型糖尿病治疗的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Gegenqinlian Decoction Combined with Repaglinide Tablets for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的针对2型糖尿病的治疗,采用葛根芩连汤结合瑞格列奈片的用药方式,基于临床实践评价控糖效果。方法本研究患者所取时段为2020年1月—2021年12月,共计纳入浦城县中医医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者依据患者自愿的方式加以分组,单一组(30例)采用瑞格列奈片治疗,联合组(30例)采用葛根芩连汤结合瑞格列奈片治疗。对比两种方法控糖效果结果用药干预后,联合组有效率为90.00%,与单一组的66.67%相比更体现出效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血糖指标各项内容对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组各项指标均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组症状均有改善,但是联合组优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胰岛功能指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,观察HOMA-β水平要高于单一组,同时FINS、HOMA-IR要低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药治疗期间联合组不良反应要稍高于单一组,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病的治疗,采用葛根芩连汤结合瑞格列奈片能达到良好的控糖效果,还可以保证安全性,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective For the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,Gegenqinlian Decoction combined with Repa⁃glinide tablets was used to evaluate the effect of glucose control based on clinical practice.Methods A total of 60 pa⁃tients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Pucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study from January 2020 to December 2021.The patients were divided into groups according to the voluntary way.The single group(30 cases)was treated with repaglinide tablets,and the combined group(30 cases)was treated with Gegenqinlian decoction combined with repaglinide tablets.The glucose control effects of the two methods were com⁃pared.Results After medication intervention,the effective rate of the combined group was 90.00%,which was more ef⁃fective than that of the single group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the content of blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,all indexes in combination group were better than those in single group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,symptoms were improved in both groups,but the combined group was better than the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in islet function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,HOMA-βlevel was higher than that of single group,while FINS and HOMA-IR were lower than that of single group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the combination group were slightly higher than those in the single group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,Gegenqinlian decoction combined with Repaglinide tablets can achieve good glucose control effect,but also can ensure safety,worthy of clinical application.
