早期诊断和治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Early Diagnosis and Treatment on Pregnancy Outcome in Pa⁃tients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 深入分析早期诊断和治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法 选择2021年2月—2022年2月期间于武平县医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组于早期确诊后给予常规治疗,观察组于早期诊断后在常规治疗的基础上给予胰岛素干预治疗。评估两组疗效,分析对患者妊娠结局的影响。结果 入院前两组Chemerin值水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分娩前,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局为5例(12.50%)明显低于对照组13例(32.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.588,P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行早期诊断、早期胰岛素治疗,不仅可有效调节Chemerin水平、血糖水平,并且可改善孕妇妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of early diagnosis and treatment on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in depth.Methods Eighty cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Wup⁃ing County Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as study subjects,and divided into observa⁃tion group and control group with 40 cases in each group by randomization method.Among them,the control group was given conventional treatment after early diagnosis,and the observation group was given insulin intervention therapy on the basis of conventional treatment after early diagnosis.To evaluate the efficacy between two groups and analyze the effect on the pregnancy outcome of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference be⁃tween the two groups in the level of Chemerin value before admission(P>0.05).Before delivery,the level of Chemerin value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the blood glucose levels of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 5 cases(12.50%),significantly lower than 13 cases(32.5%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.588,P<0.05).Conclusion Early di⁃agnosis and early insulin treatment in patients with gestational diabetes can not only effectively regulate Chemerin lev⁃els and blood glucose levels,but also improve pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women.
