生化检验、常规尿液检验对糖尿病患者的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Biochemical Test and Routine Urine Test in Patients with Diabetes

目的 探讨分析生化检验、常规尿液检验对糖尿病患者的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年2月—2022年3月于安溪县中医院接受治疗的疑似糖尿病患者1 200例为研究对象,所有患者均实施常规检验以及生化检验,将检验结果与糖尿病诊断金标准进行比较,对两种诊断方式的最终诊断结果进行比较与分析。结果 临床金标准诊断结果显示确诊为糖尿病的患者有980例,220例为非糖尿病患者;常规检验的准确度为65.67%(788/1 200)、灵敏度为63.06%(618/980)、特异度为77.27%(170/220)。生化检验的准确度为84.50%(1 014/1200)、灵敏度为83.16%(815/980)、特异度为90.45%(199/220)。结论 生化检验的检出率要高于常规尿液检验,从而尽早确诊,值得临床实际推广与应用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of biochemical test and routine urine test in patients with diabe⁃tes.Methods 1200 patients with suspected diabetes who were treated in Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were subject to routine tests and biochemical tests,the test results were compared with the gold standard of diabetes diagnosis,and the final diagnosis results of the two diagnostic methods were compared and analyzed.Results The results of clinical gold stan⁃dard diagnosis showed that 980 patients were diagnosed with diabetes,and 220 patients were non diabetes patients.The accuracy of the routine test was 65.67%(788/1200),the sensitivity was 63.06%(618/980),and the specificity was 77.27%(170/220).The accuracy of biochemical test was 84.50%(1014/1200),the sensitivity was 83.16%(815/980),and the specificity was 90.45%(199/220).Conclusion The detection rate of biochemical test is higher than that of routine urine test,so the diagnosis can be made as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion and applica⁃tion.
