尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白在糖尿病肾病检验中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Urinary Protein and Urinary Microalbumin in Diabetic Ne⁃phropathy

摘要 目的 研究在诊断糖尿病肾病时使用尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白检验的临床价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月福建省级机关医院收治的76例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,选取同时期健康体检人员76名作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白检验,对检验结果进行对比分析。结果 观察组尿蛋白测定结果(165.48±30.11)mg/L、尿微量白蛋白测定结果(42.08±11.93)mg/L均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=41.132、25.401,P<0.05);尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白敏感度分别为96.05%(73/76)、94.74%(72/76),特异度分别为98.68%(75/76)、96.05%(73/76),准确度分别为97.37%(148/152)、95.39%(145/152)。结论 尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白水平的临床检测结果均具有较高的诊断效能,对后续诊治工作顺利开展带来积极作用,值得普及。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of urinary protein and microalbumin tests in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Provincial Organ Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 76 health exami⁃nation personnel in the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested for urinary protein and urinary microalbumin,and compare and analyze the test results.Results The urinary protein test results(165.48±30.11)mg/L and urinary microalbumin test results(42.08±11.93)mg/L in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=41.132,25.401,P<0.05).The sensitivity of urinary protein and urinary microalbumin were 96.05%(73/76)and 94.74%(72/76),the specificity were 98.68%(75/76)and 96.05%(73/76),and the accuracy were 97.37%(148/152)and 95.39%(145/152),respectively.Conclusion The clini⁃cal detection results of urinary protein and urinary microalbumin levels have high diagnostic efficacy,and bring posi⁃tive effects on the smooth development of follow-up diagnosis and treatment,worthy of popularization.
