达格列净治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Obese Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的 分析达格列净在肥胖2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 抽取2019年7月—2021年8月仙游县总医院收治的80例肥胖2型糖尿病患者,利用随机数表法将患者分为参照组与观察组,参照组应用二甲双胍展开临床治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上联合应用达格列净,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.068、8.956,P<0.001);观察组脂联素指标高于参照组,瘦素指标低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.891、8.364,P<0.001);观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油明显低于参照组,且高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.552、5.522、3.441,P<0.001)。结论 应用达格列净对肥胖2型糖尿病患者展开治疗,能够降低患者体质指数、血糖与血脂水平,有助于控制患者病情的病情。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Dapagliflozin in the clinical treatment of obese type 2 diabetic pa⁃tients.Methods 80 cases obese type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Xianyou County General Hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were sampled.The patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group using the random number table method.The reference group applied metformin to start clinical treatment,and the observation group combined the application of Dapagliflozin on the basis of the reference group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.068,8.956,P<0.001).The index of lipocalin in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the index of leptin was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.891,8.364,P<0.001).Total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the refer⁃ence group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.552,5.522,3.441,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of Dapagliflozin in the treat⁃ment of obese type 2 diabetic patients was able to reduce the body mass index,blood glucose and lipid levels of the patients.It helps to control the condition of the patients.
