5A护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平及母婴不良结局的改善分析

Analysis of Improvement of 5A Nursing Intervention on the of Improve⁃ment Glucose Levels and Adverse Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Pa⁃tients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 评价5A护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果和价值。方法 选定2021年5月—2022年7月南平同道仁爱医院收治共计68例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按简单随机抽样法均分两组(n=34),对照组给予常规护理,观察组施以5A护理干预,比较两组血糖水平、自我管理能力以及母婴不良结局。结果 干预前,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组上述指标水平均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SDSCA评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SDSCA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组流产、早产、巨大儿、胎儿宫内窘迫以及新生儿低血糖等不良母婴结局总发生率5.88%明显低于对照组的23.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5A护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平控制、自我管理能力提升、母婴不良结局改善,均可起到积极影响。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and value of 5A nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 68 gestational diabetic patients admitted to Nanping Tongdao Ren'ai Hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into two groups(n=34).by simple ran⁃dom sampling method.The control group was given conventional care and the observation group was given 5A nursing intervention,and the two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose level,self-management ability and adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Results Before the intervention,the differences in FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c levels be⁃tween the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of all the above indi⁃cators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the SDSCA scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SDSCA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of ad⁃verse maternal and infant outcomes such as miscarriage,preterm delivery,giant baby,intrauterine distress and neona⁃tal hypoglycemia in the observation group was 5.88%significantly lower,than 23.53%in the control group at,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5A nursing interventions can have a positive impact on the control of blood glucose level,improvement of self-management ability,and improvement of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
