温阳活血通络中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo of Chinese Traditional Medicine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 分析糖尿病周围神经病变以温阳活血通络方治疗的疗效。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月福清市中医院收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照奇偶数法分为常规组和观察组,各30例。常规组采用西药甲钴胺、维生素B_1、二甲双胍治疗,观察组加用温阳活血通络方治疗,分析对比两组血糖指标、周围神经传导功能、疾病复发率。结果 治疗后,与常规组相比,观察组血糖指标有大幅度下降、周围神经传导功能有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疾病复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用温阳活血通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,并抑制疾病复发,疗效极佳。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo of Chinese traditional medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,60 patients with diabetes peripheral neu⁃ropathy admitted to Fuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into routine group and observation group according to odd even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with western medicine mecobalamin,vitamin B 1 and metformin,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,and the blood glucose,peripheral nerve conduction function,disease recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the routine group,the blood glucose index in the ob⁃servation group was significantly decreased and the peripheral nerve conduction function was significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of disease in the observa⁃tion group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropa⁃thy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and inhibit disease recurrence,with excellent efficacy.
