透析饮食健康信念量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinesization and reliability and validity test of Dialysis Diet⁃Related Health Belief Questionnaire

目的:汉化透析饮食健康信念量表(DDHBQ),并检验其信效度。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2021年7月—2022年3月南昌市某三级甲等医院血液净化中心322例维持性血液透析病人作为研究对象。对DDHBQ进行翻译、文化调适、预调查形成中文版DDHBQ,采用中文版DDHBQ对病人进行调查。结果:中文版DDHBQ包括5个维度,共23个条目,量表水平的平均内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.95,条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.86~1.00。探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为72.56%。验证性因子分析显示模型拟合良好。各维度组合信度(CR)为0.810~0.908,平均提取方差值(AVE)为0.518~0.751,各维度与其他维度的相关系数均小于该维度的AVE平方根。量表内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.931,重测信度为0.766。结论:中文版DDHBQ的信效度良好,可用于评估维持性血液透析病人的饮食健康信念。

Objective:To translate Dialysis Diet⁃Related Health Belief Questionnaire(DDHBQ)into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 322 patients with maintenance hemodialysis as the study subjects,who were treated in the blood purification center of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanchang from July 2021 to March 2022.The DDHBQ was translated,culturally adjusted and pre⁃investigated to form the Chinese version of DDHBQ,and the Chinese version of DDHBQ was used to investigate patients.Results:The Chinese version of DDHBQ included 5 dimensions with 23 items in total.The average scale⁃level content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.95,and the item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)were from 0.86 to 1.00.A total of five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.56%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well.The combined reliability(CR)of each dimension were from 0.810 to 0.908,and the average variance extracted(AVE)were from 0.518 to 0.751.The correlation coefficient between each dimension and other dimensions were less than the AVE square root of this dimension.The coefficient of Cronbach′sαof internal consistency of the scale was 0.931,and the retest reliability was 0.766.Conclusions:The Chinese version of DDHBQ has good evaluation performance and can be used to evaluate the dietary health beliefs of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
