银离子敷料联合负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足伤口感染的效果

Effect of Silver Ionic Dressing Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wound Infection

目的 探究银离子敷料联合负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage, VSD)治疗糖尿病足伤口感染的临床效果。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2022年6月于江门市中心医院接受治疗的糖尿病足伤口感染患者50例为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组、观察组,分别予以常规治疗、银离子敷料联合负压封闭引流技术治疗,对比治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗5、10、15 d后的伤口细菌转阴率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组各症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各症状评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD联合银离子敷料治疗糖尿病足伤口感染的效果显著,可快速促进细菌转阴,改善临床症状,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of silver ionic dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology in the treatment of diabetic foot wound infection.Methods Fifty patients with diabetic foot wound in⁃fection treated in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected for the study.According to the treatment mode,they were divided into control group and observation group and treated with conven⁃tional treatment and silver ionic dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage,respectively.The treatment effects were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d,10 d and 15 d of treatment,the wound bac⁃terial conversion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all symptom scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with silver ionic dressing is effective in treating diabetic foot wound infection,which can rapidly promote bacterial con⁃version,improve clinical symptoms and increase treatment efficiency.
