基于CiteSpace的推拿干预小儿厌食的可视化分析

Visual analysis of massage intervention in pediatric anorexia based on CiteSpace

目的:分析我国推拿干预小儿厌食领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为推拿在小儿厌食中的应用提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库中1998年1月1日—2022年6月28日收录的小儿推拿干预厌食相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入527篇文献,推拿干预小儿厌食领域整体发文量趋势较为稳定。发文量排名前2位的作者分别是孙安达、张燕;领域发文量较多的机构是山东中医药大学、广州中医药大学;关键词聚类形成9个聚类标签,分别为#0推拿治疗、#1临床应用、#2儿童、#3捏脊疗法、#4临床疗效、#5食欲、#6小儿厌食、#7四缝穴、#8外治法;从关键词筛选出现频次排名前3位的小儿推拿派系分别是三字经流派推拿法、冯氏捏脊法、湘西刘氏小儿推拿法。结论:不同地区机构、作者可加强联系;研究热点与趋势为临床干预研究和评价指标;今后可深化推拿治疗小儿厌食研究的横向与纵向发展。

Objective:To analyze the research status,hot spots and development trend of massage intervention in pediatric anorexia in China,and to provide reference for the application of pediatric massage in anorexia.Methods:Literature on pediatric massage intervention anorexia collected from CNKI database from January 1,1998 to June 28,2022 was searched,and visualized analysis was performed using CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software.Results:A total of 527 articles were included,and the overall trend of massage intervention in children with anorexia was relatively stable.Sun Anda and Zhang Yan ranked the top 2 in terms of publication volume.Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine had published more papers.Keywords cluster form 9 cluster labels,respectively#0 massage therapy,#1 clinical application,#2 children,#3 chiropractic therapy,#4 clinical efficacy,#5 appetite,#6 anorexia in children,#7 four seam hole,#8 external treatment method.The top three pediatric massage factions from the keyword screening were the three-character classical school massage method,Feng′s chiropractic method,and Xiangxi Liu′s child massage method.Conclusions:Different regional institutions and authors can strengthen the connection.The research hotspots and trends are the clinical intervention research and evaluation index.The future can deepen the horizontal and vertical development of pediatric massage treatment of anorexia.
