互联网干预在冠心病病人管理中应用的范围综述

Application of internet intervention in the management of patients with coronary heart disease:a scoping review

目的:对互联网干预在冠心病病人管理中应用的研究进行范围审查,以认识互联网干预在冠心病病人管理中的内容要素及应用现状,为未来该领域的研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和维普数据库中关于互联网干预在冠心病病人管理中的研究文献。检索时间为建库至2022年3月。结果:纳入37篇文献,冠心病病人管理中互联网干预的要素涵盖自我管理指导、健康信息追踪、增强同伴支持、医疗健康资源、心理支持。结局类型主要为互联网干预对冠心病病人健康管理的干预效果及可行性指标。结论:互联网干预对冠心病病人的健康管理起到了积极作用,随着互联网技术的发展,未来需优化护理信息化研究和应用工作,更精准地满足病人个性化需求,提升冠心病病人的生存质量。

Objective:To review studies on the application of internet intervention in the management of patients with coronary heart disease,to understand the content elements and application status of internet intervention for management of patients with coronary heart disease,and to provide reference for future research in the field.Methods:Literatures on internet intervention in the management of patients with coronary heart disease in Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and VIP were searched by computer.The retrieval time is from build database to March 2022.Results:A total of 37 literatures were included.The elements of internet intervention in the management of patients with coronary heart disease included self-management guidance,health information tracking,enhancing peer support,medical health resources and psychological support.The main outcome types were the intervention effect and feasibility index of internet intervention for health management of patients with coronary heart disease.Conclusions:Internet intervention has played a positive role in the health management of patients with coronary heart disease.With the development of Internet technology,the research and application of nursing informatization should be optimized in the future,so as to more accurately meet patients′personalized needs and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.
