区块链金融服务实体经济高质量发展研究——基于对168家苏州中小企业的调查

Research on Blockchain Finance Serving High-Quality Development of Real Economy:Based on a Survey of 168 SMEs in Suzhou

中小企业融资是金融服务实体经济的薄弱环节,区块链金融的创新发展为纾解中小企业融资难题、服务实体经济高质量发展提供了可行的新路。通过调查168家苏州中小企业发现,实体经济中小企业融资存在需求满足率不高、效率较低、成本和风险较高、缺乏抵押担保和有效征信等问题,而区块链技术与实体经济融资的结合有助于解决上述问题。区块链金融可以通过降低中小企业融资成本、提升金融服务效率、拓宽供应链融资渠道、构建数字征信新体系等路径,服务实体经济高质量发展。作为新兴技术,区块链在金融中的应用仍存在一些不足,需要完善区块链治理与监管,加大前沿技术攻关与应用力度,探索构建以区块链为基石的“金融元宇宙”,全方位服务实体经济高质量发展。

Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is the weak link in financial services for the real economy.The innovative development of blockchain finance can provide a new feasible way to alleviate the financing problems of SMEs and serve the high-quality development of the real economy.From a survey of 168 SMEs in Suzhou,many problems are found in the financing of SMEs in the real economy,such as low demand satisfaction,low efficiency,high cost and risk,lack of mortgage guarantee and effective credit investigation,which can be solved by combining blockchain technology and financing in the real economy.Blockchain finance can serve the high-quality development of the real economy by reducing the financing cost of SMEs,improving the efficiency of financial services,expanding the financing channels of supply chains,and building a new digital credit system.As an emerging technology,there are still some shortcomings in the application of blockchain in finance.It is necessary to improve the governance and regulation of blockchain,strengthen the research and application of cutting-edge technologies,and explore the construction of a financial Metaverse based on blockchain,so as to serve the high-quality development of the real economy in all aspects.
