以云计算、大数据、物联网和人工智能等为驱动的数字化时代已经到来,正在对国民经济的各个行业产生重要影响。制造业是国民经济的主体,加快制造业企业数字化转型是制造业高质量发展的重要途径,但目前我国制造业企业的数字化应用水平总体上还很低,企业对数字化转型的认识不够深刻,没有形成整体的转型思路和方法。对此,可以通过数字化转型驱动企业业务的转型和创新,最终重构整个企业的商业模式、运营模式、服务模式,甚至重构组织和文化。具体实施过程中,可以通过明确数字化转型规划、评估数字化现状、分析数字化转型的突破口、主攻智能制造等措施积极推动企业数字化转型。

The digital era,driven by cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,has arrived and is having an important impact on all sectors of the national economy.The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,and accelerating the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an important way for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.However,the overall level of digital application of manufacturing enterprises in China is still very low,and enterprises do not have a deep understanding of digital transformation and have not yet formed an overall transformation idea and methodology.In this regard,digital transformation can be used to drive the transformation and innovation of enterprises business,ultimately reconstructing the business model,operation model,service model and even the organization and culture of the whole enterprise.In the specific implementation process,digital transformation can be actively promoted by clarifying digital transformation planning,evaluating the digital status quo,analyzing digital transformation breakthroughs,and focusing on intelligent manufacturing.
