科技金融发展能提升绿色全要素生产率吗?--基于空间杜宾模型分析

Can the Development of Science and Technology Finance Improve Green Total Factor Productivity?An Analysis Based on Space Dubin Model

利用2010-2018年我国30个省份的面板数据,采用非期望产出的SBM-GML模型和熵值法测算各省份绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)和科技金融发展水平,实证检验了科技金融对GTFP的影响机制及其空间溢出效应。研究发现:在空间布局上,我国科技金融与GTFP均存在空间相关性与空间非均衡性,从时序特征看这种非均衡性愈加明显;科技金融对中心地区GTFP具有显著的促进效应,对外围地区具有空间溢出效应,且不同区域的空间溢出效应存在差异,东部地区具有显著的空间溢出效应,而西部地区科技金融与外围地区GTFP具有显著的负相关性。影响机制研究发现,加大研发投入是科技金融影响GTFP的重要路径。基于此,提出建立区域协作联盟,加大中部、西部与东北部地区的科技金融政策支持,大力发展科技金融等措施助力经济绿色转型。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2018,the SBM-GML model of non-expected output was used to measure the green total factor productivity(GTFP),the entropy weight method was used to measure the developmental level of Sci-tech finance.The spatial spillover effect and the mechanism of the impact of sci-tech finance on GTFP were tested theoretically and empirically.The research found that:spatially,there are positive autocorrelation and non-equilibrium between sci-tech finance and GTFP.Sci-tech finance has a significant promotion effect on GTFP in the central region and the peripheral regions.The spatial spillover effects of different regions are different,the impact of scitech finance on GTFP has a significant spatial spillover effect in the eastern region,while sci-tech finance in the western region has a significant negative effect on GTFP.Further research found that the investment in research and development is an important path between Sci-tech finance and GTFP.Therefore it is suggested that regional cooperation alliance should be established,and policy support of sci-tech finance should be increased in the central,western and northeastern regions,so as to vigorously develop sci-tech finance and promote green economic transformation.
