我国区域物流业绿色发展效率测度和空间分析--以华东地区为例 被引量:8

Measurement and Spatial Analysis of Green Development Efficiency of Regional Logistics Industry in China:Taking East China as an Example

摘要 依据“十四五”规划提出的推动物流业高质量、绿色化发展要求,以2005-2019年华东地区“六省一市”的物流业作为研究对象,运用超效率SBM-DEA模型构建投入产出体系,测度物流业绿色发展静态效率值,利用全局参比Malmquist指数对绿色全要素生产率进行分解,研究绿色物流动态变化趋势。选取部分截面数据绘制绿色发展效率的空间分布图,进一步分析华东地区绿色物流发展的空间变化。研究发现,华东地区物流业绿色发展效率值整体呈缓慢上升的趋势,各省份间效率值差距较大,但差异值逐渐缩小。GML分解指数显示,技术进步指数是影响绿色全要素生产率的主要因素,应提升华东地区绿色物流技术的创新水平。空间维度上,绿色物流发展高效率区域由北向南逐渐移动,呈现出各区域均衡发展的趋势。针对研究结果,结合华东地区物流业的实际发展状况,从三个角度提出相关建议,以期促进华东地区绿色物流协调发展。 According to the requirements of promoting high-quality and green development of logistics industry proposed in the 14th Five-Year Plan,taking the logistics industry of“six provinces and one city”in East China from 2005 to 2019 as the research object,the super efficiency SBM-DEA model was used to construct the input-output system and measure the static efficiency value of green development of logistics industry.The global reference Malmquist index was used to decompose the green total factor productivity and study the dynamic change trend of green logistics.The paper select some cross-section data to draw the spatial distribution map of green development efficiency,and further analyzes the spatial change of green logistics development in East China.The results show that the green development efficiency of logistics industry in East China presents a trend of slow rise,and the efficiency gap between provinces is large,but the difference is gradually narrowing.GML decomposition index shows that technological progress index is the main factor affecting green total factor productivity,and the innovation level of green logistics technology in East China should be improved.From the perspective of spatial analysis,the high-efficiency regions of green logistics development gradually move from north to south,showing a trend of balanced development of all regions.According to the research results,combined with the actual development of logistics industry in East China,relevant suggestions are put forward from three perspectives in order to promote the coordinated development of green logistics in East China.
