摘要
为了明确稠油气举的技术特点,提高举升效率,本文通过大量实验分析稠油流动特点,针对屈服-假塑性流体和牛顿流体分别进行井筒压力损失、气举附加启动压力和摩阻分析等方面研究,建立了稠油特有的压力损失模型、附加启动压力模型和摩阻模型。在此基础上,提出了考虑井筒压降的稠油产能预测新模型,相比达西定律,新模型计算的精度更高,可有效指导该区块气举产能预测。
In order to clarify the technical characteristics of gas lift of heavy oil and improve lift efficiency,this paper analyzes the flow characteristics of heavy oil through a large number of experiments,conducts researches on wellbore pressure loss,additional starting pressure of gas lift and friction analysis for yield-pseudoplastic fluid and Newtonian fluid respectively,and establishes the unique pressure loss model,additional starting pressure model and friction model of heavy oil.On this basis,a new heavy oil productivity prediction model considering wellbore pressure drop was proposed.Compared with Darcy's law,the new model has higher calculation accuracy and can effectively guide the gas lift productivity prediction of this block.
