海上稠油热采锅炉给水系统装备开发及应用

摘要 针对陆地海水淡化装备不能满足空间、承载受限的海上平台使用的情况,通过抗污染精简工艺开发、小型轻量化撬装设计和低能耗设计,形成海上稠油热采锅炉给水膜处理系统装备技术,在渤海L油田建立海上首套30 m^(3)/h规模化热采示范工程,装备占地面积减小37.9%,质量减轻29.9%,吨水能耗降低32.2%,制备的高纯水氢电导率<0.1μS/cm、硬度≈0、氧含量<7μg/L,满足GB/T 12145标准中>18.3 MPa锅炉进水指标要求。 In view of the situation that the land seawater desalination equipment cannot meet the requirements of offshore platforms with limited space and bearing capacity,the membrane water treatment equipment has been developed for offshore heavy oil thermal recovery boiler through the anti-pollution streamlined process design,small lightweight skid design and low energy consumption design.The first 30 m^(3)/h large-scale demonstration project was established in L oilfield of Bohai Sea,the land area of the equipment is reduced by 37.9%,the weight is reduced by 29.9%,and the energy consumption per ton of water is reduced by 32.2%.The hydrogen conductivity of the high pure water is less than 0.1μS/cm,the hardness is about 0,and the oxygen content is less than 7μg/L,which meet the requirements for boiler inlet water>18.3 MPa in GB/T 12145.
