姬塬油田W区延10油藏微球调驱矿场试验

Field test of microsphere deep profile control in Yan 10 reservoir in block W of Jiyuan oilfield

摘要 W区延10底水油藏于2017年开始水驱动用程度大幅度下降,只有38.0%,受重力影响,吸水段逐渐下移,受地层平面非均质性和层间非均质性强、前期注入强度和采液强度大的影响,底水过早锥进导致油井见水,甚至见注入水发生水淹,常规堵水调剖措施无法完成地层深部地带封堵。为延缓注入水沿大孔道和微裂缝等地层深部高渗通道突进,提高注入水的波及体积,改善吸水剖面,W区延10油藏于2021年1月开展纳米微球深部调驱矿场试验。试验结果表明,2021年1月~9月注入微球(100 nm)后,纳米微球乳液更多地发挥表面活性剂的洗油作用,微球粒径与地层孔喉不配伍,深入地层后无法有效封堵高渗通道,注入压力下降,采出液含水率下降,2021年9月调驱井组日产液量为62.4 t,日产油量为30.9 t,综合含水率为50.5%。2021年9月开始注入微凝胶,并在11月将微球粒径调整为300 nm,近井地带得到有效封堵,注入排量和注入压力提高,日产液量和日产油量提高,综合含水率保持稳定,2021年12月调驱井组日产液量为64.9 t,日产油量为31.6 t,综合含水率为51.3%。 Since 2017,the water drive production degree of block W Yan 10 bottom water reservoir has decreased significantly,only 38.0%.Due to the influence of gravity,the water absorption section has gradually moved down.Due to the strong plane heterogeneity and interlayer heterogeneity of the formation,and the high injection intensity and liquid production intensity in the early stage,the early coning of bottom water has led to water breakthrough,or even reservoir watering out as seeing injected water.Conventional water shutoff and profile control measures could not complete the plugging of deep formation.In order to delay the inrush of injected water along deep high permeability channels such as large pores and micro fractures,improve the swept volume of injected water and improve the water absorption profile,the field test of nano microsphere deep profile control and flooding was carried out in Yan 10 reservoir in block W in January 2021.The test results showed that after the injection of microspheres(100 nm)from January to September 2021,the nanospheres emulsion played a more important role in the oil washing of the surfactant.The diameter of the microspheres was not compatible with the pore throat of the formation.After deep formation,the high permeability channel could not be effectively blocked,the injection pressure decreased,the water content of the produced liquid decreased.The daily liquid output of the injection wells in September 2021 was 62.4 t,and the daily oil production was 30.9 t.The comprehensive water content was 50.5%.Microgel was injected in September 2021,and the diameter of microspheres was adjusted to 300 nm in November.The near wellbore was effectively blocked,the injection volume and injection pressure were increased,the daily output liquid and daily oil production increased,the comprehensive water content remained stable,the daily liquid output of the injection wells in December 2021 was 64.9 t,the daily oil production was 31.6 t,and the comprehensive water content was 51.3%.
