摘要
硒作为人体必需的微量元素之一,其生物学功效越来越受到社会的广泛关注和认可,硒资源的开发利用也为农业结构调整、助力乡村振兴提供了有利保障。利用宁夏固原地区1∶25万土地质量地球化学调查成果,将2638件土壤样品的54项元素指标测试结果,通过聚类分析方法选取了与Se元素相关性高的元素指标,在随机抽样的基础上建立了多元线性回归预测模型,并对预测精度进行了验证。通过研究发现,利用土壤全氮和有机碳含量建立的多元线性回归模型,具有较高的Se元素预测精度。在服务区域富Se农产品开发利用,特别是支撑以往未开展Se元素研究分析的农业基础调查,都提供了较为可靠的参考依据。
Selenium is one of the essential trace elements for human body,and its biological efficacy has attracted more and more social attention and recognition.The development and utilization of selenium resources also provides a guarantee for agricultural structure adjustment and rural revitalization.Based on the 1∶250000 geochemical survey of land quality in Guyuan area of Ningxia,the element indexes related to selenium are selected from 54 element indexes of 2638 soil samplesby cluster analysis.The multiple linear regression prediction model is established by random sampling,and the prediction accuracy is verified.It is found that the model established by using the content of soil total nitrogen and organic carbon has high prediction accuracy.It provides a reliable reference for the development and utilization of selenium rich agricultural products,especially for supporting the agricultural basic investigation that has not carried out selenium research in the past.
