立体产品表面彩色印刷移印版制版工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了增强立体产品表面移印效果,本研究结合激光制版技术和3D打印技术探究立体移印版的制作,通过移印工艺验证移印版在立体产品表面彩色印刷应用的可能性。首先通过正交实验确定了最佳激光打标参数,接着对平面光敏树脂版和金属版进行预打标测试,对比其印刷效果,来确定激光打标制版的最佳印版材质及最佳参数,进而制作立体移印版,最后观察立体产品上的移印效果。实验表明:相较于光敏树脂,采用金属制作的立体移印版效果更好,且激光打标制版的最佳参数为灰度点阵打标模式下,激光功率50%、速度250mm/s、Q释放时间1μs、Q频率20kHz、打标次数1次、加网线数为75线/英寸,打标高度随立体移印版高度进行调节。本研究方法制作出立体移印版对于立体产品表面彩色印刷具有一定的可行性。 In order to enhance the transfer printing effect on the surface of three-dimensional products,in this study,the preparation of three-dimensional transfer printing plate by laser plate-making technology and three-dimensional printing technology was explored,and the possibility of transfer printing plate using in the color printing on the surface of three-dimensional products through transfer printing technology was verified.Firstly,the best laser printing parameters were determined by the orthogonal test.Secondly,the pre-marking on the photosensitive resin plate and the metal plate was test.Then the three-dimensional transfer printing plate was prepared,and finally the printing effect of the printing plate transfer to the three-dimensional products was observed.The experiment results showed that the three-dimensional transfer printing plate of metal had better effect than that of photosensitive resin,and the best parameters of plate making were laser power of 50%,speed of 250mm/s,Q release time of 1μs,Q frequency of 20kHz,marking time of 1 and screening lines of 75 line/inch in gray dot matrix marking made,and the marking height was adjusted with the height of three-dimensional transfer printing plates.The three-dimensional transfer printing plates made with this study method is feasible for color printing on the surface of three-dimensional products.
