卷筒纸折页机构砍刀臂破坏分析及结构优化

摘要 本研究针对N160型卷筒纸折页机构在高速运行条件下砍刀臂根部容易损坏的问题进行了分析,建立了折页机构含微小运动副间隙的有限元动力学模型,分析发现砍刀臂结构具有足够的强度。搭建了振动测试系统,对砍刀臂根部车间作业下的实际振动情况进行测试;通过比较其工作频率和固有频率,发现在36000r/h的转速下砍刀臂结构会发生共振。通过拓扑优化,对砍刀臂的结构进行了改进,改进后的双臂桁架结构在保证了强度的同时也满足了刚度要求。最后进行了初步的车间试验,验证了新结构的合理性。 This study investigated the problem that the web folding mechanism was prone to damage at the root of the machete arm under high speed operating conditions.The finite dynamic analysis of the folding mechanism was carried out,which was found that the structure of machete arm has enough strength.A vibration testing system was set up to test the actual vibration at the root of machete arm.By comparing the working frequencies with the natural frequencies,it was found resonance would occur at the rotational speed of 36000r/h.The structure of the machete arm was improved by topology optimization.The improved double-arm truss structure of machete arm ensured strength while avoiding the resonant region of natural frequencies.Preliminary workshop test was carried out to verify the rationality of the new structure.
