文化韧性对农村居民相对贫困状态的影响研究

Influence of Cultural Resilience on Relative Poverty of Rural Residents--Intermediary Role of Individual Behavior

当前我国已如期完成脱贫攻坚任务。农村扶贫从绝对贫困过渡到相对贫困阶段。绝对贫困阶段注重物质帮扶,相对忽视精神贫困治理。农村居民受传统农业社会生活环境影响,存续文化认知等层面的乡土性,返贫风险防范意识淡薄,在农村转型发展中缺乏强劲韧性,极易进入“贫困陷阱”循环。基于农户调研数据实证探究文化韧性、个体行为和相对贫困状态三者关系,得出结论:文化韧性正向影响个体行为;个体行为负向影响相对贫困状态;文化韧性负向影响相对贫困状态;个体行为在文化韧性和相对贫困状态之间起中介作用。建议政府部门合理规划文化设施,增加资源供给;基层干部加强自我建设,落实精准扶贫工作;农民准确定位自身,主动提高技能。

At present,our country has completed the task of poverty alleviation as scheduled.Rural poverty alleviation has changed from absolute poverty to relative poverty.The absolute poverty stage pays attention to the material help,neglects the spiritual poverty treatment relatively.Affected by the living environment of traditional agricultural society,rural residents are local in terms of existence and cultural cognition,and lack of awareness of poverty risk prevention.Based on the survey data,this paper explores the relationship among cultural resilience,individual behavior and relative poverty,and draws a conclusion:cultural resilience positively affects individual behavior;individual behavior negatively affects relative poverty;cultural resilience negatively affects relative poverty;individual behavior mediates between cultural resilience and relative poverty.It is suggested that the government should rationally plan cultural facilities and increase the supply of resources,strengthen the self-construction of grass-roots cadres and carry out precise poverty alleviation.
