高职院校农村籍新生常见心理问题分析与对策研究——基于H校近两年农村籍大学新生的调查

Analysis of Common Psychological Problems of Rural Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures--Based on the Survey of Freshmen from Rural Universities in H University in Recent Two Years

运用调查法对H校2020级、2021级农村籍大学新生心理健康状况展开调查,发现农村籍大学新生群体中无心理问题学生逐年下降,有心理问题学生逐年增加。本文从学校管理角度出发,对高职院校农村籍新生群体的心理问题进行分析,并提出应对当前状况的对策与建议,以期帮助农村籍大学新生克服心理困扰,更好的融入社会。

A survey was conducted on the mental health status of the freshmen of H University in 2020 and 2021 from rural universities.It was found that the number of students without psychological problems among the freshmen of rural universities decreased year by year,while the number of students with psychological problems increased year by year.From the perspective of school management,this paper analyzes the psychological problems of rural college freshmen,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the current situation,with a view to helping rural college freshmen in higher vocational colleges overcome psychological problems,better integrate into society.
