摘要
文章分析了传统农学专业实践教学中目前存在的主要问题,包括实践课程设置不合理、实践教学课程设计单一、多元化实践基地缺乏、学科交叉融合度不够、实践教学师资结构不合理等问题。针对这些问题,从实践教学培养方案和教学方式的改革,多样化考核方式,校内外实践基地建设,理论与实践全面型师资队伍培养等方面提出了新农科背景下农学专业实践教学体系的改革策略,为培养更多卓越农林人才提供参考。
The paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practical teaching of agronomy,including the unreasonable practice curriculum setting,the single design of practical teaching curriculum,the lack of diversified practice bases,the insuffi⁃cient degree of interdisciplinary integration,and the unreasonable structure of practical teaching teachers.In view of these problems,the reform strategy of practical teaching system of agronomy specialty under the background of New Agrotechnology is proposed from the aspects of the reform of practical teaching training program and teaching methods,diversified assessment methods,the construction of practice bases inside and outside the school,and the cultivation of comprehensive theoretical and practical teachers,which provides a reference for training more outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.
