乡村振兴背景下农村基层组织减负现状及建议初探——基于广西的观察和思考

Current Situation and Suggestions of Reducing the Burden of Rural Grass Roots Organizations under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农村基层组织是全面推进乡村振兴的重要力量,深化拓展农村基层组织减负工作成果,推动实现农村基层组织的“减负增效”,是新时代提高乡村治理水平和全面推进乡村振兴的关键举措。全面推动基层减负工作开展以来,各地通过完善制度、建立机制、应用技术等举措推动落实基层减负,取得了一定效果,但仍存在一些问题和不足。基于对广西部分农村社区的观察和思考,总结分析了当前广西农村基层组织减负的现状以及存在的问题,并对深入推进广西农村基层组织减负工作的落实提出了建议。

Rural grassroots organizations are an important force to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Deepening and expanding the achievements of rural grassroots organizations in reducing their burdens and promoting the"burden reduction and efficiency increase"of rural grassroots organizations are key measures to improve rural governance and comprehensively promote rural revitalization in the new era.Since the comprehensive promotion of burden reduction at the grassroots level was carried out,various regions have promoted the implementation of burden reduction at the grassroots level through improving the system,establishing mechanisms,applying technology and other measures,and achieved some results,but there are still some problems and deficiencies.Based on the observation and thinking of some rural communities in Guangxi,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural grassroots organizations in Guangxi,and puts forward suggestions on further promoting the implementation of the work of rural grassroots organizations in Guangxi.
