Research on the Legal Construction of Rural Governance from the View of Administrative Law

乡村治理法治化是推进乡村振兴的重要保障,解决乡村纠纷的有效手段,对推进国家治理能力现代化具有重要意义,是国家治理能力现代化、实现依法治国战略目标的重要环节。当前我国完善乡村治理法治化面临着诸多困境,要加强立法,完善立法体系;依法规范行政主体的行政行为与行政程序;优化农村法治环境,提高农民法治意识;全面依法行政,加强执法监督。

The legalization of rural governance is the guarantee to promote rural revitalization and an effective means to solve rural disputes.It is of great significance to promote the modernization of national governance capacity and an important link to modernize national governance capacity and achieve the strategic goal of governing the country by law.At present,China is facing many difficulties in improving the rule of law in rural governance.We should strengthen legislation and improve the legislative system;Standardizing the administrative acts and procedures of administrative subjects according to law;Optimize the rural legal environment and improve farmers'awareness of the rule of law;Comprehensively administer according to law and strengthen supervision over law enforcement.
