中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Action Mechanisms of TCM in Treatment of Atherosclerosis

动脉粥样硬化性疾病是心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、外周血管性疾病等多种疾病的病理基础,随着现代社会人们生产、生活方式的改变,动脉粥样硬化已成为一种常见疾病,严重危害人类的健康。西医学上多采用降脂、稳定斑块、抗血小板聚集、甚至外科手术等方法治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病。中医学在治疗动脉粥样硬化上有着更加丰富的方法,并且具有疗效好、副作用小的优点。随着现代中医学的发展,中医药抗动脉粥样硬化作用的具体机制也有了初步认识,其可通过调节血清血脂、改善血管内皮细胞功能、改善炎症反应、减少泡沫细胞的生成、调节肠道微生物及其代谢物等诸多方面抑制动脉粥样硬化的产生。本文对中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化的不同作用机制进行综述,以期为临床使用中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化提供更多的理论依据,同时也为进一步探究中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制提供思路。

Atherosclerotic disease is the pathological basis of many diseases,including cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,peripheral vascular diseases and so on.With the change of people s work and life style in modern society,atherosclerosis(AS)has become a common disease,seriously endangering human health.Western medicine is often used to reduce blood lipids,stabilize plaques,reducing platelet aggregations,and even surgical treatment was applied in treatment of AS.TCM has more abundant methods in treatment of AS,and has the advantages of good curative effect and little side effect.With the development of modern TCM,the specific mechanism of TCM in anti-atherosclerosis has been preliminarily explored.It can inhibit the occurrence of AS by regulating serum lipids,improving function of vascular endothelial cells,improving inflammatory reactions,reducing production of foam cells,and regulating intestinal microorganisms and their metabolites.This study reviewed the different mechanisms of TCM in treatment of AS,providing more theoretical basis for the clinical use of TCM in treating the disease,and also providing ideas for further exploring action mechanisms of TCM.
