摘要
目的肌肉减少症(肌少症)是结直肠癌病人的并发症之一,与多种疾病不良结局密切相关。本文就结直肠癌病人肌少症的定义、发病机制、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,旨在为预防和干预结直肠癌并发肌少症提供借鉴。
Sarcopenia is one of the complications in patients with colorectal cancer,and is closely associated with a variety of adverse outcomes.This paper reviews the definition,pathogenesis,influencing factors,and intervention measures of sarcopenia in patients with colorectal cancer,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and intervention of sarcopenia in patients with colorectal cancer.
