儿童是国家与民族的未来,儿童健康是保障全民健康的基石。智能化、数字化和网络化正驱动着全球健康行业加速向数字健康转变。2021年国务院发布了《中国儿童发展纲要(2021—2030)》,提出运用“互联网+数字医疗”服务模式,完善儿童健康大数据,加强信息互联共享,实现儿童健康全周期全过程管理和服务的信息化、智能化,加强儿童健康保障及医疗保障。“数字儿童”以儿童为中心,以生物信息、全息技术与人工智能等新技术为手段,建立系统的、持续的、动态的儿童健康大数据,产生儿童健康信息的可视化、智能化、自主化、个性化发展的系统平台,用以全面提升儿童健康水平并预防和治疗儿童疾病。数字儿童旨在构建儿童保健、疾病诊疗、健康管理多维度多层次的动态平台,将为儿童提供立体、全方位的健康服务,实现个性化指导、动态监测、精准识别管理,全面促进儿童健康。

Objective Children are the future of the country, and children′s health is the basis for ensuring the health of the whole people. Intelligence, digitization and networking are driving the global health industry to accelerate the transformation to digital health. In 2021, the State Council issued the “China Children′s Development Outline(2021-2030)”, which proposed to use the “Internet + digital medical” service mode to improve children′s health big data, strengthen information interconnection and sharing, and realize the informationzation and intelligence of the whole process of children′s health management and services for children′s health, and strengthen children′s health protection and medical security. “Digital children” takes children as the center and new technologies such as biological information, holographic technology and artificial intelligence as the means to establish systematic, continuous and dynamic big data on children′s health, and generate a system platform for the visualization, intelligent, dependent and personalized development of children′s health information, so as to comprehensively improve children′s health level and prevent and treat disease. Digital children aim to build a multi-dimensional and multi-level dynamic platform of children′s health care, disease diagnosis and treatment, and health management. It will provide children with comprehensive and three-dimensional health services, realize personalized guidance, dynamic monitoring, accurate identification and management, and comprehensively promote children′s health.
