灸法治疗类风湿关节炎的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的梳理灸法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的研究现状及热点。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)1990年1月1日—2020年12月31日关于灸法治疗RA的相关文献,分析纳入文献年度发文量,采用CiteSpace 5.7.R1绘制相关文献作者、发文机构、关键词的知识图谱,进行可视化分析。结果本研究纳入相关文献567篇,涉及作者443名,涉及研究机构340个,涉及关键词555个,形成19个具有代表性的聚类。总结目前灸法治疗RA的研究热点有5点,分别为临床疗效、影响因素、选穴规律、作用机制、治疗方式。结论灸法治疗RA研究热点集中在动物实验、临床研究方向,代谢组学研究是未来研究的趋势。

Objective To summarize the research status and hotspot of moxibustion therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Relevant literatures on moxibustion in the treatment of RA were retrieved from CNKI from January 1,1990 to December 31,2020,and the annual publication volume of included literatures was analyzed.The knowledge map of authors,authors and keywords of relevant literatures was drawn by Citespace 5.7.R1 for visual analysis.Results This study included 567 related literatures,involving 443 authors,340 research institutions,555 key words,forming 19 representative clusters.In conclusion,there are five research hotspots in the treatment of RA by moxibustion,including clinical efficacy,influencing factors,acupoint selection law,and mechanism of action and treatment mode.Conclusion Moxibustion in the treatment of RA focuses on animal experiment and clinical research,and metabonomics is the trend of future research.
