怡心通脉汤治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑状态的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yixin Tongmai Decoction in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Anxiety State of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨怡心通脉汤对气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑状态的治疗效果。方法将74例气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各37例。给予对照组西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用怡心通脉汤,2组均治疗4周。观察治疗前后2组中医证候、心绞痛发作情况、心电图、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分的变化。结果治疗4周后,治疗组中医证候疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和硝酸甘油片用量、SAS评分均较本组治疗前下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者SAQ评分均较治疗前增加,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论怡心通脉汤治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑状态临床疗效可观。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yixin Tongmai decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety state of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 74 patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Yixin Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,angina pectoris attack,electrocardiogram,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ)were observed.Results The curative effect of TCM syndrome and ECG in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets and SAS scores of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).SAQ scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yixin Tongmai decoction is effective in treating stable angina pectoris with anxiety of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.
