国家级非遗买氏中医外治乳腺增生症临床研究

Clinical Study on Mai’s External Medical Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland as National Intangible Cultural Heritage

目的探讨买氏中医外治法——乳癖祛痛贴治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法根据既定诊断标准,选择乳腺增生(气滞血瘀证)患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组采用乳癖祛痛贴配服乳癖消片治疗,对照组采用内服乳癖消片治疗,比较2组患者的乳房肿块、疼痛以及伴随的症状评分及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论乳癖祛痛贴可以直接作用于患处,安全、起效快、疗效显著,能够明显改善乳腺增生患者的临床症状,值得进行广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Mai’s external medical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine Rupiqutong paste on breast hyperplasia.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria,68 cases with hyperplasia of mammary gland(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given the Rupixiao tablets,and the observation group was given Rupiqutong paste and the Rupixiao tablets.The scores of breast lumps,pain and accompanying symptoms were compared between the two groups,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Rupiqutong paste can directly act on the affected area,safe and effective quickly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia,worthy of widespread application.
