PBL结合情景模拟法在中西医结合妇产科学教学中的应用

The Application of PBL Combined with Scenario Simulation in the Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合情景模拟法在中西医结合妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法以2018级中西医临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,将临床2班(85名学生)作为试验组,采用PBL结合情景模拟教学法;临床3班(86名学生)作为对照组,采用PBL教学法;比较2组教学情况、期末成绩等。结果试验组期末考核成绩、教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生综合能力高于对照组,非常满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合情景模拟教学法应用在《中西医结合妇产科学》中取得了较高效果,明显提高了教学质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of problem⁃based teaching method(PBL)combined with scenario simulation method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 2018 students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were taken as the research objects,the clinical class 2(85 students)was selected as the experimental group,and the PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method was used.The clinical class 3(86 students)was selected as the control group,and the PBL teaching was used.The teaching situation and final grades of the two groups was compared.Results The final examination scores and teaching quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the very satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has achieved high results and significantly improved the teaching quality.
