中医鼻疗法对昏迷患者促醒治疗的研究进展

Research Progress of Nasal Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Promoting Consciousness of Patients with Coma

昏迷是临床常见的危重症之一,是患者持续性的意识丧失(植物状态)或者死亡的重要因素。因此昏迷的促醒治疗一直是国际研究的热点。中医鼻疗法长期用于急症治疗,具有生物利用度高、起效快、使用方便等特点,此文从中医鼻疗法的沿革、理论基础及相关临床研究探讨中医鼻疗法对昏迷患者促醒治疗的优势。

Coma is one of the common critical diseases in clinic, and it is an important factor of persistent loss of consciousness(vegetative state) or death. Therefore, the awakening therapy of coma has been the focus of international research. Nasal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has long been used in the treatment of acute diseases, and is characterized by high bioavailability, quick onset and convenient use. This paper discussed the advantages of nasal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting consciousness of comatose patients from its evolution, theoretical basis and related clinical research.
