便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘临床观察

Clinical effect of Biantong tablets combined with lactulose and Bifid triple viable bacteria on functional constipation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的观察便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘临床疗效。方法将79例老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘脾肾阳虚型患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组38例予便通片治疗,治疗组41例在对照组治疗基础上加乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗。2组均连续治疗4周,停药后4、8、12周随访。比较2组治疗前后临床症状评分变化及停药4、8、12周便秘复发情况,治疗期间2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率92.7%(38/41),高于对照组的68.4%(26/38)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项临床症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。停药4、8、12周时,治疗组复发率分别为7.32%、9.76%和17.07%,对照组分别为7.89%、28.95%和36.84%,停药8、12周时治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘疗效确切,可显著改善患者的便秘症状,且不良反应和复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Biantong tablets combined with lactulose and Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria on functional constipation(FC)in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2D).Methods Totally 79 T2D patients with FC were randomly assigned to receive either Biantong tablets(the control group,n=38)or Biantong tablets+lactulose+Bifid triple viable bacteria(the treatment group,n=38).Treated for 4 weeks,the follow-up was performed on weeks 4,8,12.The clinical symptoms score,recurrence rate of constipation after 4,8 and 12 weeks of withdrawal,incidence of adverse reactions were included as comparators.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(92.7%[38/41]vs 68.4%[26/38],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,the clinical symptoms scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of withdrawal,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.32%,9.76%and 17.07%,respectively,which in the control group was 7.89%,28.95%and 36.84%,respectively.The recurrence rate after 8 and 12 weeks of withdrawal was significantly decreased in the treatment group relevant to the control group(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For T2D patients with FC,the three combination has a definite curative effect,can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation,and with low adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
