同核与异体:陶瓷绘事与文本叙事的关系研究

摘要 陶瓷叙事性图像一直与文学故事互文见义,它的直观形象性对于传播意蕴闳深的文本叙事大有裨益,它对文学传统起到了模仿、影响和传承的作用,却总是被叙事研究所忽视。本文通过对同一个故事题材在图文两种媒介上的表现进行对比分析,揭示陶瓷图像的三种叙事功能,即赓续口传文学、锚定印刷文本和复现佚失的文本,说明图像化文本与文字文本一致的能指内核。通过对比图文的叙事效果,故事在图文中的呈现存在着三种特性差异:强化戏剧性、弱化文本权威性和有意味的虚化。本文取材于希腊瓶画和中国瓷绘的所有释例,都旨在说明:陶瓷绘事与文本叙事是在互为映射的基础上形成的开放的互释关系。 Ceramic narrative painting has coexisted intertextually with literary stories, whose visual impact and entertaining nature greatly facilitate the spread of narrative texts. It plays the roles of imitating, influencing and inheriting literary traditions, which has previously been neglected in narrative research. This paper analyzes the performance of the same stories in different media and reveals three narrative functions of ceramic painting, which are continuing oral literature, anchoring printed texts and reproducing lost texts. This shows that ceramic painting and textual narration have the identical cores at the story level. By comparing the narrative effect of figures and texts, three kinds of variations are illustrated, namely, strengthening the dramatic effect, weakening the authority of the texts and creating significant vagueness. Drawn from the examples of Greek vase paintings and Chinese porcelain paintings, it aims to illustrate that ceramic painting and textual narration have an open interpretative relationship based on mutual reflection.
