摘要
本文采用FLAC 3D软件对郑家湾隧道下穿过水隧洞的施工过程进行模拟分析,研究了郑家湾隧道下穿过水隧洞施工过程中两隧道的相互影响以及郑家湾隧道的最优施工进尺。结果表明:郑家湾隧道的施工对过水隧洞仰拱的沉降影响较大,建议在施工过程中过水隧洞处于停水状态。由于过水隧洞的存在,郑家湾隧道在施工过程中监测点的沉降值呈规律性分布,且郑家湾隧道掌子面与过水隧洞相距10m范围内,郑家湾隧道受到的影响较大。通过对比分析得出,当郑家湾隧道掌子面距离既有隧洞小于10m时,郑家湾隧道每天的施工进尺小于2.5m;其余分段每天的施工进尺不应大于3m。
This paper uses the Flac 3D software simulation analysis on the construction process of Zhengjiawan tunnel through the water tunnel,the optimal construction footage to study the mutual influence of Zhengjiawan tunnel through water tunnel construction process and the relationship between Zheng Jia Wan tunnel.The results show that the construction of the tunnel has a great influence on the settlement of the inverted arch of the overflow tunnel,and it is suggested that the water passing tunnel is in the state of no water in the construction process.Due to the existence of water tunnel,the settlement value was regularly distributed and the Zhengjiawan tunnel face and water tunnel are in the range of 10m Zhengjiawan tunnel in the construction process of monitoring points,affect the Zhengjiawan tunnel is larger.Through the contrast analysis,when the distance of Zhengjiawan tunnel face tunnel is less than 10m,the construction footage of Zhengjiawan tunnel every day is less than 2.5m;the rest of the day segment construction footage should be less than 3m.
