The comprehensive popularization of Internet technology is bound to bring more opportunities and challenges.Under the shackles of traditional concepts,the issue of women's employment is imminent.In the context of"Internet plus",this paper analyzes the internal and external influencing factors from multiple perspectives to promote the employment opportunities and balance the remaining challenges of female college students,puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures based on the analysis of the current situation,aiming to give full play to the role of employment and the Internet,improve the employment bottleneck of female college students,help female college students establish a correct outlook on career selection and employment,and drive their better employment.
