基于“课程思政”专业课程实习教育模式的工程管理课程教学研究

Research on the Teaching of Engineering Management Course Based on the Practice Education Mode of“Curriculum Ideological and Political”

思政课程是落实立德树人根本理论的关键课程,推进课程思政与专业课程实习是我国高校课程体系改革的重要举措[1]。为深入贯彻全国高校思政工作会议精神与党的二十大工作要求,各大高校积极推进课程体系改革,将思政教育作为隐性课程融入教学改革实践。本文基于“课程思政”专业课程实习教育模式的工程管理课程教学研究,利用Python软件与麦可思数据分析国内工程项目管理专业涉及的“课程思政”相关文献,对研究现状进行简要整理;同时,根据现有课程思政经验,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式与教学资源上创新性探索课程思政融入工程管理课程的实现路径,以期形成具有参考价值与推广性质的创新方式。

Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental theory of moral education,and promoting the course ideological and political course and professional course practice is an important measure for the reform of the efficient curriculum system in China.In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference and the Party's 20th work requirements,the major universities actively promote the reform of the curriculum system,and integrate ideological and political education as a hidden curriculum into the teaching reform practice.Based on the course teaching and research of Project Management,the professional course practice education mode of"Curriculum ideological and Politics",this paper uses Python software to analyze the related literature of"curriculum ideological and politics"involved in domestic engineering project management major.At the same time,according to the existing curriculum ideological and political experience,we explore the curriculum ideological and political integration into the curriculum from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching resources,in order to form an innovative way with reference value and promotion nature.
