利用点击化学合成pH敏感型有机硅树脂

摘要 本实验以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_(4))、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙基硅烷(KH-570)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为原料,在KOH催化下,于80~90℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌下反应得到有机硅大分子。通过红外光谱分析表明,分子中引入双键。再利用点击化学的方法,使其与不同量的巯基乙酸通过C=C双键加成反应得到系列带羧基有机硅树脂。通过红外光谱分析表明,双键消失并且引入羧基,从而得到了目标产物。并采用了质量变化法研究了其pH敏感性能。将产物分别加入不同pH值的缓冲溶液中,测定其质量变化率随反应时间变化,结果表明,该树脂具有强的pH敏感性,且在pH值为9时,巯基乙酸加入量为3mL的产物的重量变化率最大,达到28%。 Used D_(4),KH570 and MM as original materials,catalyzed by KOH and promoted by DMSO,organosilicon were synthesized at 80~90℃with magnetic stirring in this experiment.The double bond was found by IR spectrum.The organosilicon polymers were synthesized by click on the chemical method with different quantity thioglycolic acid through the carbon carbon double bond reaction.It was found that the double bond was introduced and the carboxyl group was introduced by IR spectrum.And its pH sensitivity was studied by the quality change method.The product was added to the buffer solution of different pH,and the change rate of quality was determined with the reaction time,and the results showed that the resin had a strong pH sensitivity.And the weight change rate of the product of 3 mL of thioglycoacetic acid was the largest when the pH=9,which reached 28%.
