摘要
针对磺化材料环保性能差以及天然淀粉和单一手段改性淀粉耐温性不足的问题,以玉米淀粉为原料,联合接枝单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和交联剂次甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)合成了一种抗温环保复合改性淀粉降滤失剂。实验结果表明,该抗温环保降滤失剂抗温达到160℃,抗盐达12000mg·L^(-1),抗钙达900~1200mg·L^(-1),且无生物毒性,降解性能良好,与无固相钻井液配伍性优异。并成功应用于海上某油田高温水平储层段无固相钻井液作业中,应用结果表明,抗温环保降滤失剂显著降低了无固相钻井液滤失量并大幅提高了低剪切速率黏度,满足高温水平井储层段施工作业要求。
In view of the poor environmental performance of sulfonated materials and the insufficient temperature resistance of natural starch and single-means modified starch,an environment-friendly and temperature-resistant composite modified starch fluid loss reducer was synthesized by using corn starch as raw material,acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)as grafting monomers,and methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent.The experimental results show that the fluid loss reducer can resist temperature up to160℃,resist salt up to 12000mg·L^(-1),resist calcium up to 900~1200mg·L^(-1),and it has no biological toxicity,good biodegradability,and excellent compatibility with solid-free drilling fluids.And it has been successfully applied to the solid-free drilling fluids operation in a high-temperature horizontal reservoir section in an offshore oilfield.The application results show that the fluid loss reducer significantly reduces the fluid loss of solid-free drilling fluids and greatly increases the LSRV,meeting the needs of high-temperature horizontal well reservoir construction operations.
