丁酸梭菌对畜禽肠道有害菌及有益菌的抑制作用研究

摘要 本研究采用体外牛津杯抑菌法,评估一株丁酸梭菌(菌株编号YNAU5738)对畜禽肠道主要有害菌及有益菌的抑制作用。试验设土霉素、金霉素和丁酸梭菌3个处理组,以抑菌圈直径值(diameterofinhibitionzone,DIZ)比较判定丁酸梭菌对六个肠道指示菌的抑制作用及效果。结果显示:丁酸梭菌对大肠杆菌K88、大肠杆菌K99、猪霍乱沙门氏菌和鸡白痢沙门氏菌等4个肠道有害菌的指示菌的抑制作用均为“敏感”(7.8mm<DIZ≤16.0mm)。土霉素和金霉素对以上4个指示菌的抑制作用达“高敏感”(DIZ>16.0mm),且抑制效果显著高于丁酸梭菌(P<0.05)。此外,丁酸梭菌对罗伊氏乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌等2个肠道主要有益菌的抑制作用,均判定为“不敏感”(DIZ=7.8mm)。相反,土霉素和金霉素对罗伊氏乳杆菌的抑制作用达高敏感。综合上述结果提示,该株丁酸梭菌具有调节畜禽肠道菌群的作用及潜在的饲用价值。 To evaluate the inhibitory effect of a probiotic Clostridium butyricum(YNAU 5738 strain)on intestinal harmful bacteria and intestinal beneficial bacteria of livestock and poultry,the three treatment groups including oxytetracycline,aureomycin and Clostridium butyricum were designed to determine the diameter of inhibition zone(DIZ)by the Oxford cup method in vitro,and the antibacterial properties of Clostridium butyricum on six indicator bacteria were compared.The results showed that Clostridium butyricum was sensitive(7.8 mm<DIZ≤16.0 mm)to four indicator bacteria of intestinal harmful bacteria including Escherichia coli K88,Escherichia coli K99,Salmonella cholerae and Salmonella pullorum.The inhibitory effects of oxytetracycline and aureomycin on the above four indicator bacteria were highly sensitive(DIZ>16.0 mm),which were greater than those of Clostridium butyricum(P<0.05).Moreover,the inhibitory effect of Clostridium butyricum on the intestinal beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus reuteri and Bifidobacterium thermophilus was judged as insensitive(DIZ=7.8 mm).In contrast,oxytetracycline and aureomycin were highly sensitive to Lactobacillus reuteri.In conclusion,this Clostridium butyricum strain contributed to regulate animal intestinal bacteria balance and had potential feeding value.
